I finally finally finally posted my day, the 20th of January, to this awesome LJ community called A Day In My Life. People post pictures of their day, the point is to take at least a picture every hour. It’s a lot of fun to see what people do in their lives and it’s also a lot of fun to do yourself. I think I might do this more, to record how my life is at a certain point in time. It’s like keeping track of things you wouldn’t always write down in your diary [and besides, I haven't written in my so-called real diary for quite some time].

Writing that post took me seriously forever. I had about 100 pictures I guess, and I had to narrow it down to less than 70. I ended up with 65, but photoshopping 65 pictures still takes for-e-ver. And then I wrote the text twice, bahahaha.

Other news.. I had my English oral thursday and I didn’t update about it because I was relieved it was done and over with. But yesterday word got out. Apparently my teacher did something wrong. You know how the IB has guidelines on how to do the oral? You get to pick an envelope out of several [my teacher had 13] and in there is an extract. Obviously, you prepare for 20 minutes then go inside the oral room, have your oral, tadada. But because we hadn’t thoroughly discussed Rose Pogonias [Frost] yet, she thought it was unfair for some students if they picked that one. So she decided, if they would pick that poem, they would get to pick another envelope, and choose which of the two extracts they would want to have their oral on. But because it would be unfair to have part of the class choose and the other students not, she decided everybody got to pick two envelopes and choose their extract.

I got Purdah and all was fine and I was actually glad I had gotten Plath, but apparently this whole "choosing"system was against the IB rules. It’s worse that the head of the English department, who I think goes against all IB rules and should stop trying, went to some IB person and told them about what my teacher did. Chances are, I have to do my oral again. I DON’T WANT TO DO IT AGAIN!!! I will cry if I have to.

Well. I think I’ve been spending time on the computer for too long already today, I still have to finish 3 books. Eep.
